Can we see who has viewed our Portfolio?

Hello,

I was wondering if we are able to see who has viewed / accessed our Portfolios (and when)?

I know our supervisors have access but just wondered if we can see when things are viewed or what's looked at?

  Hi Frances,

  Thank you for your query.

  There is a place in your account where we display notifications, just click on the bell in the top right-hand corner of your Portfolio Online account to see yours. I've attached a screenshot.

  

  We are developing this notifications part of the system further, so that Portfolio Online shows even more information about activity related to accounts, but I don't have any more information about that at the moment.

  We do, of course, hold detailed logs about activity on Portfolio Online should we need to investigate them. This would only be under certain circumstances & may need the involvement of the College.
