A contents list for competencies

Im aware that this might be too big a task, but I often find I've been involved in activities that are very much part of my training but I am not sure which competency they might be included in. It would be incredibly helpful to have a 'contents list' that might direct us.

Dear Dr Parry-Gupta,
Your educational supervisor is best placed to advise you about the competence an activity demonstrates. Not all activities need to be mapped to the curriculum and some trainees find that just a few carefully selected pieces of evidence for each competency are enough, but it really does depend on the trainee and the activities they are involved in.
All RCPsych frameworks are stored on Portfolio Online for reference - they can be found in the 'Help' section. I suppose the contents list you mention may be different to this though? Could you share with us a bit more about your vision?
