The current gradings seem a bit harsh - they basically ask the assessor if the trainee are at a consultant level! A standard that might prove quite difficult for a CT doctor to achieve.
Could the team also consider creating a separate assessment form for leadership/manager-type things like chairing a meeting / CPA etc.
At the moment the best fit seems to be DONCS - which does not seem to be aimed at CT level as explained.
