Please consider changing the DONCS form assessment gradings (for CTs)

The current gradings seem a bit harsh - they basically ask the assessor if the trainee are at a consultant level! A standard that might prove quite difficult for a CT doctor to achieve.
Could the team also consider creating a separate assessment form for leadership/manager-type things like chairing a meeting / CPA etc.
At the moment the best fit seems to be DONCS - which does not seem to be aimed at CT level as explained.

This matter was discussed at our most recent Portfolio Online Development Group meeting and the feedback we received was as follows: the Portfolio Online Development Group cannot add or amend forms held on the system. In order to effect this change, you will need to raise this with the PTC who should, in turn, raise it with the College's curriculum committee.
