Submit performance ratings for the Psychiatric Supervision Report (2022 Curricula)

1. Log in to your supervisor account on Portfolio Online.
2. Click on the link to the trainee's name on their portfolio card on your Dashboard.
3. Go to the trainee's PDP page and click on View as PSPDP.
4. Select the post you wish to rate. 
   • If the post you with to rate is for a previous post, select the previous post from the drop-down.
   • If the post details or framework are incorrect, the trainee's portfolio will need updating.
5. Select a Performance Rating for each High Level Outcome (HLO) from the drop-down box.
6. Complete the comments box for any performance ratings that are marked as 'Approaching the level expected' or 'Insufficient evidence to comment'.
7. Click on Save Changes to save each performance rating and its comments as you go.
8. If you post a comment in the Update progress and future actions box, click on Post Comment to record these comments.

Once you have selected all performance ratings, completed any necessary comments boxes and clicked on Save Changes for each HLO you will be able to complete the Psychiatric Supervision Report.
