Case Log

A case log is an activity in Portfolio Online used for documenting patient-physician encounters. Prior to the portfolio being online, these may have been recorded in a log book, but recording them on Portfolio Online allows for them to be linked to Work Place Based Assessments (WPBAs) or other activities such as reflective notes.
