Where can ARCP Reviewers find a Form R in a trainee's portfolio?

ARCP Reviewers can find fully completed electronic Form Rs on Portfolio Online on the 'Reviews' page of a trainee's portfolio.

Form Rs must be submitted by both the trainee and the deanery for them to appear on the Reviews page.

If you can't find a Form R on the Reviews page of a trainee's portfolio, it may be that the organisation responsible for the trainee's ARCP hasn't submitted it yet.

Deanery Administrators can access, submit or complete a Form R from their own accounts on Portfolio Online via the Organisation's page.
