Only those with a Programme Administrator account on Portfolio Online can write articles and publish them on the Portfolio Online homepage.
- Log on to your Programme Administrator account on Portfolio Online.
- Click on the tab to your Programme.
- If you are a Programme Administrator for more than one Programme, click on the 'Programmes' tab and choose any programme you are a Programme Administrator for.
- Click on the 'Articles' tab.
- Click on '+ New'.
- Complete the title of the article and write some content in the 'html' box.
- Click on 'Create Article'.
- Articles will be published automatically once the start date is reached and unpublished automatically once the end date has passed.
- New articles can either be published or saved as draft. Draft articles won't show on the homepage until they are published.
- POTip: Use the 'link' icon to link to other websites.
