Remove a Chair of Panel/Post Graduate Dean Sign-off on an ARCP Outcome Form

If changes to an ARCP Outcome Form need to be made after it has been signed off by either the Chair of the Panel or the Post Graduate Dean and before it has been released to the trainee, the person who signed off the form can remove the sign-off themselves from their own account on Portfolio Online.

1. Log in to your Portfolio Online account.
2. Navigate to Organisation > Reviews
3. Locate the ARCP for the trainee in question.
4. Click on 'View Form'.
5. Click on the delete button.

Clicking on the delete button will remove your sign-off. Once the sign-off has been removed, the ARCP Outcome Form can be edited. Once changes have been made, the form can be submitted, signed off once more and released to the trainee.
