The Psychiatric Supervisor Report is an 'end-of-post' or 'mid-term' structured report which can be completed either by the educational or clinical supervisor and is typically done at the end of a placement.
The Psychiatric Supervisor Report is a multi-user form and is designed to be initiated by the trainee. The trainee should comment on each Intended Learning Outcome (ILO) in the curriculum prior to the review and submitting the form. Once the trainee's comments have been submitted, they are made visible to the supervisor completing the form.
Trainees can start a Psychiatric Supervisor Report by requesting a review.
