A career entry is a form that can be used to enter information into Portfolio Online about specialty training posts, time out of programme (OOP), extended absences and non-training posts.
It is important that career entry forms are completed because they contain essential data for ARCP and appraisals.
Step 1: Go to the 'Portfolio' page of your trainee account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Click on 'Career History'.
Step 3: Click on '+New Career Entry'.
Step 4: Select the type of proforma from the drop-down box.
Step 5: Click on 'Create New Activity'.
Step 6: Enter the details on the form.
Step 7: Click on 'Submit'.
