The 'Career History' section of a trainee's portfolio is where trainees store information about the different posts they do. It is important that trainees complete this section because ARCP reviewers use data contained in these entries at a trainee's ARCP review.
Step 1: Go to the 'Portfolio' page of your trainee account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Click on 'Career History'.
Step 3: Click on '+New Career Entry'.
Step 4: Select the type of post from the drop-down box.
Step 5: Click on 'Create New Activity'.
Step 6: Enter the details on the form.
Step 7: Click on 'Submit'.
