Whether you are a specialty trainee or in a non-training post, it's important to enter accurate information into your portfolio about your career such as posts held, periods of extended absence, or time out of programme (OOP) because supervisors, ARCP panels or the training team at the College may need this information.
- In your portfolio on Portfolio Online choose Portfolio > Career History.
- Click on +New Career Entry, then choose a proforma.
- Click on Create New Activity, then complete the details on the form.
- Click on Submit or Save as Draft
