Can a mini-PAT be released if the self-assessment form hasn't been completed?

Yes.

The average of the trainee's scores will be collated as usual and one of the trainee's registered supervisors will be able to release these scores on Portfolio Online. The 'Self' scores won't be recorded on the collated feedback form.
