Trainees are expected to complete a Mini-PAT self assessment as part of the Mini-PAT process. The Mini-PAT self form can only be completed once the Mini-PAT is in progress. It must be completed before the Mini-PAT deadline. For more information on the Mini-PAT, read our article Undertaking a Mini-PAT.
Step 1: Click on 'Specialty Training Portfolio' on the portfolio card on the dashboard of your Portfolio Online account.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Assessments' section of your portfolio.
Step 3: Click on 'New Self Form' on the Mini-PAT.
Step 4: Complete the form.
Step 5: Click on 'Submit' or 'Save as Draft'
Once the form has been submitted you cannot make any more changes. By clicking on 'Save As Draft' the information you have entered remains private until you submit the form.
