Trainees should make sure they have a current folder in their online portfolio. This means they need to add one at the start of a new training level. This is important as it ensures activities are stored in a trainee's portfolio at the correct training level. Trainees can add a new training level folder from the portfolio card on the dashboard of their Portfolio Online account. To find out more about folders, read our article Portfolio Type and Folders.
Step 1: Go to the dashboard of your trainee account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Click on '+ New Training Level Folder' on your Specialty Training portfolio card.
Step 3: Complete the folder details.
Step 4: Click on 'Create Training Level'.
