Whether you're a specialty trainee or in a non-training post, it's important to have folders in your portfolio so that any activities that are created are well-organised. You should add a new folder at the start of each new training level (eg CT1, CT2, CT3) or appraisal year and give the folder an accurate start date.
- In your portfolio on Portfolio Online choose Portfolio > Folders.
- Click on + New , then enter your folder details.
- Click on Create Training Level or Create Appraisal Year.
