Trainees can move an activity from one training level folder to another by editing the activity.
Step 1: Click on the link to your activities on your Portfolio Card. This is on the dashboard of your Portfolio Online trainee account.
By default all your activities (including assessments) will be shown in a list. This list can be refined using filters or tags or you can find a particular activity by using the search feature.
Step 2: Click on 'Edit' on the activity you wish to move into a new folder.
Step 3: Select the folder you wish the activity to feature in and deselect any other folders using the check boxes.
Your activity will automatically feature in any checked folders. It is possible to assign activities to multiple folders if necessary, but this would not be recommended as best practice.
