Trainees can send out requests for reviews to supervisors from their Portfolio Online accounts. The supervisor will receive an email notifying them of the review request. Supervisors with Portfolio Online accounts will also be able to access the reviews from their dashboard.
Step 1: Click on the +Review button on your Specialty Training Portfolio in Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Select the type of review (e.g. Supervision Session, Level 2 Supervisor report) from the drop-down box.
Step 3: Click on Start Review.
Step 4: Select the date of the review.
The greyed out sections of the form must be completed by the supervisor.
Step 5: Click on Save Changes
Step 6: Enter the email address of the person you wish to complete the review.
Step 7: Click on Nominate.
Step 8: Click on Send.
Review requests expire after 28 days and after this time can be deleted by the trainee if they are no longer required.
