Trainees or those with non-training accounts on Portfolio Online can send out requests for reviews to supervisors from their portfolio. The supervisor will receive an email notifying them of the review request. Supervisors with Portfolio Online accounts will also be able to access the reviews from the dashboard of their own Portfolio Online account.
- Log into your Portfolio Online account
- Navigate to Portfolio > Reviews.
- Click on + New Review and select the type of review from the drop-down box.
- Complete any fields and click on Start Review.
- Any greyed out sections are for someone else to complete.
- Click on Submit
- If you don't want to submit the form straight away, you can save it as draft - your supervisor will not be able to see any data that you have entered until you submit the form.
- Enter the email address of the person completing the review and click on Nominate.
- Check with your supervisor to see what their registered email is for Portfolio Online, or if they do not have an account yet, their preferred email address.
- Click on Send.
