Once an outcome form has been released to a trainee, they can see its contents, so we need to take additional steps to ensure that the trainee is aware of any amendments to their portfolio.
Deanery Administrators can contact the Portfolio Online support team to request a form be changed. We need confirmation directly from the Head of School to our email address: email@example.com to confirm that the trainee has been informed of any changes to the form.
We can then re-open the form, and a deanery administrator can modify the form as necessary. Once any modifications have been made, the edited form can be signed off again by a panel member, the deanery administrator should then re-release the form to the trainee for the trainee to then sign it off.
