When signing off an ARCP Outcome Form, the form should be accessed directly from the account of the person doing the sign-off. Deanery administrators cannot sign off an ARCP Outcome Form. An ARCP Outcome Form can only be signed off by the Chair of the ARCP Panel or the Post-graduate Dean.
Step 1: Log in to your account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Go to the school page.
Step 3: Click on the ARCP tab.
PROTIP: The filters on the left of the screen can be used to show ARCPs with a particular status or outcome. ARCPS with the status 'submitted' are ready for sign off.
Step 4: Click on 'View Form' for the ARCP to be signed off.
Step 5: Select the capacity in which the sign-off is being made.
Step 6: Click on 'Sign'off'.
Once signed off, the system will display a notice that the sign-off has been successful.
The account holder who completed the sign-off has the option to remove the sign-off at this stage, but not once the outcome has been released to the trainee by a Deanery Administrator.
