Those who are no longer nominated ARCP reviewers for a school can be removed by deanery administrators. Once removed, they will no longer be able to see any trainee portfolios prior to their ARCP review date. It is the responsibility of staff at the school to make sure the ARCP reviewers list for their school is kept up-to-date.
Step 1: Log in to your deanery administrator account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Go to the 'School' page.
Step 3: Click on the ARCP Reviewers tab.
Step 4: Click on 'End' next to the name of the ARCP reviewer you would like to remove as an ARCP reviewer for your school.
When you click on 'end', the name of the reviewer will still be visible and the dates of their period as an ARCP reviewer will be displayed under the 'status' column.
