When a school conducts ARCPs online, deanery administrators need to add ARCP reviewers for their school on Portfolio Online. This ensures that the reviewers have access to a trainee's portfolio two weeks up to and including the trainee's ARCP review date.
Step 1: Log in to your Deanery Administrator account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Go to the 'School' page.
Step 3: Click on the 'ARCP Reviewers' tab.
Step 4: Type in the email address of the reviewer.
It is important that deanery administrators check with reviewers to see if they are already registered with the system, and if so, what email address they use on Portfolio Online. This ensures no duplicate accounts are created.
If you type in a recognised email address, Portfolio Online will automatically fill in the name of the reviewer, if not, enter it manually.
Step 5: Click on 'Nominate'.
All ARCP Reviewers for a school have access to a trainee's portfolio two weeks up to and including the trainee's ARCP review date.
