Step 1: Log in to your Deanery Administrator account on Portfolio Online.
Step 2: Go to the 'School' page.
Step 3: Click on the 'ARCP Reviewers' tab.
Step 4: Type in the email address of the reviewer.
It is important that deanery administrators check with reviewers to see if they are already registered with the system, and if so, what their primary email address is. The primary email address is the email address used to log in to the system and is the one the deanery administrator should use to register reviewers. This ensures no duplicate accounts are created.
If you type in a recognised email address, Portfolio Online will automatically fill in the name of the reviewer, if not, enter it manually.
Step 5: Click on 'Nominate'.
All ARCP Reviewers for a school have access to a trainee's portfolio two weeks up to and including the trainee's ARCP review date.
