Once a mini-PAT assessment form has been successfully completed, we send assessors emails confirming the submission of the assessment has been successful.
If an assessor has received this confirmation e-mail, yet is still getting reminder emails, they should contact our support team for resolution. It may be that the trainee has entered more than one nomination for the same assessor.
If the assessor has not received the confirmation email, then it is likely that a required field on the form had not been completed.
If assessors log in to their account, they will find the incomplete assessment on their dashboard awaiting completion.
