Supervisors can view the portfolios of the trainees they supervise by logging in to their own account on Portfolio Online. A list of the trainees under a supervisor's supervision can be viewed from the supervisor's dashboard.
Each trainee has their own portfolio card. The portfolio card gives an overview of a trainee's progress.
In the example above, this trainee's portfolio card shows that they have 60 activities in their CT3 portfolio. 32 out of the 43 competencies have activities mapped to them. The progress bar shows that 14 of the competencies in the Core Psychiatry 2016 curriculum have 3 or more activities mapped to them, 9 have 2, 9 have 1 and 12 don't have any. A trainee's portfolio card also shows a summary of the trainee's current post & what school and trust they are in.
Supervisors can find out more information about a trainee's portfolio by clicking on any of the links on the card. They can also initiate an assessment or a review from here.
