A follow-up is an activity, assessment or review which a trainee can link to an existing activity, assessment or review.
There are many ways in which the follow-up function can be used to enhance a portfolio.
- a Reflection following a WPBA, Supervision, or Case Log
- a WPBA or course attendance following a supervision session.
- a Learning Objective following a Reflection
