What is a follow-up?

A follow-up is an activity, assessment or review which a trainee can link to an existing activity, assessment or review.

There are many ways in which the follow-up function can be used to enhance a portfolio.

For example

• a reflection following a WPBA, Supervision or Case Log
• a WPBA or course attendance following a supervision session
• a learning objective following a reflection
