At the beginning of a training year and periodically throughout training, trainees will add personal development plan items to their portfolio. Trainees can add PDP items from the dashboard page of their account.
Step 1: Click on +PDP Item
Step 2: Click on Create New Activity
The trainee should complete the necessary details on the form and can add a tag, add a category, add an attachment to the PDP item and keep it private here.
Step 3: Complete the form
Once the PDP Item has been completed the trainee can submit it.
Step 4: Submit PDP Item
Once the PDP Item has been submitted the trainee can select a framework and map it to a competency.
Step 5: Select a framework.
Step 6: Click on the toggle button next to the competency.
Once an objective has been realised, it is possible to archive a PDP Item.
