Add an Activity to a Portfolio

There may be times when you wish to add something to your portfolio other than an assessment or review. You can do this using the + New Activity feature on Portfolio Online. You may wish to add a reflection, log a case, record some notes from a supervision session you have had with your supervisor (or appraiser) or record some other activity you have taken part in.

1. In your portfolio on Portfolio Online choose Portfolio > Activities
2. Click on + New Activity, then either enter a suitable name for the activity or select from one of the proformas.
3. Complete the form & click on Submit or Save Draft
